《舒適之地 Comfort Land》

《舒適之地》一展是描述我在金門駐村網路不穩的日子,這讓我暫時脫離 對社群軟體的依賴,從而踏入另一個地方。這次作品延續我以往的創作方法, 透過繪畫和拼貼表現時空置換下的風景和敘事對象。在創作過程中,我是一位 網路中度依賴者,習慣在事前瀏覽社群軟體內大量的圖像,那種套用無數濾 鏡、顏色過度飽和、修飾過量的視覺圖像常是我尋找的索引。我在觀看這些內 容時,常有種現實措置的時空感,也喜歡在這之中想像其他可能性。在網路不 便的駐村生活,我專注於社群軟體中瀏覽金門各處知名景點,無論是網路上的 hashtag、還是各種景點、地區的推薦文,以一種觀光客的視角遊覽各地的風 景,在身體力行實際抵達目的地後,我發現網路圖像與現實景色的差異,讓我 對現實場景產生許多誤讀和錯誤的矛盾感,到後來甚至對風景和事件有著曲折 的想像和解讀。 

 

在時間感扁平的網路圖像到實際外出賞景的過程中,視覺經驗的落差是我 這次想傳達的。這就像是見網友一般,自認為應該是熟悉的對象,但實際上卻 可能有所出入。而我也開始漸漸習慣這樣的延遲、緩慢、無法快速接收訊息的 生活感,於是我的金門經驗便一直擺盪在時空的錯置與誤讀之中,這段期間的 創作總圍繞在想像、錯誤、矛盾、時空、誤讀、事件、荒繆、隱喻等關鍵詞。 

The exhibition of "Comfort Land" describes the days when I was stationed in the  village of Kinmen and the Internet was unstable, which allowed me to  temporarily break away from the dependence on social software and enter  another place. This work continues my previous creative methods, expressing  landscapes and narrative objects under the replacement of time and space  through painting and collage. In the creative process, I am moderately dependent on the Internet, and I am used to browsing a large number of images in social  software beforehand. The kind of visual images with countless filters applied,  over-saturated colors, and over-modified visual images are often what I look for  index of. When I look at these contents, I often have a sense of time and space of  reality, and I like to imagine other possibilities in it. Living in a village where the  Internet is not convenient, I focus on browsing well-known attractions in Kinmen  in social software, whether it is a hashtag on the Internet, or recommendations of  various attractions and regions, to visit the scenery from a tourist's perspective.  After arriving at the destination physically, I discovered the difference between  the internet images and the real scenes, which made me misunderstand and  misunderstand the real scenes. Later, I even had tortuous imaginations and  interpretations of scenery and events. 

In the process from the flat web image with a sense of time to the actual outing to  enjoy the scenery, the gap in visual experience is what I want to convey this time.  It’s like meeting a inter thinking that should be a familiar object, but actually  there may be discrepancies. And I started to get used to the delay, slowness, and  the way of living which makes it uneasy to receive messages , so my experience in  Kinmen has been oscillating in the dislocation and misunderstanding of time and  space.The creation always revolves around keywords such as imagination,  mistakes, contradictions, time and space, misunderstandings, events, absurdities,  and metaphors.
